| I'm not much of a poem writer, but i hope you like them.
A Witch's Pyre
I watched the fire
lick up the pyre,
and the people who came to watch.
And as i burned,
Not one word
could be heard
from the mouth i have sealed shut.
They watched with pure hatred,
not wanting to leave,
but they had to look away
when i began to pray
of God to please spare me.
They wondered
how can a witch like me
know of a God like thee,
while i burned on a witch's pyre.
