A Nuclear Mutation

After an explosion at the towns power plant, people have been getting strange powers. Power ro control fir, power to fly, power of invisibility...The government plans to use these powers for their own , but will people allow them to try an control the world?

Power: Telepathy
Bio: Has escaped from the government facility where they are holding many of the mutated humans, she went back home hoping to find others liker her and get them to help her break everyone out. In the process though, she falls for one of the mutants on the governments side.

Name: Leo Watson
Age: 19
Power: Generate electricity
Bio: Works for the government, seeing as his father is the one in charge of global defense. He likes Rena but won't hesitate to actually kill her if she tries anything against the government. He won't hurt anyone under 16 though..

Name: Karin Maki {ME}
Age: 22
Power: Use water for healing
Bio: She is a hidden mutant in the town. She hides her powers by working as a nurse in a hospital for seriously injured people. Not one has ever died on her shift, but she is discovered when Rena goes to her for healing after an attack by the government.

Name: Jessie Neon
Age: 17
Power: Control fire
Bio: Jessie lives with the circus, working as a fire dancer to hide her mutation. When Rena goes to her to ask for help she agrees, but turns out to be pretending to help her, actually working for the government and trying to be Leo's girlfriend.

Name: Clhoé James {Angel of Death}
Age: 9
Power: Make illusions
Bio: Doesn't hide her mutation, running from the government all the time, she asks to join Rena's group if she can join them so she can get stronger and find her brother.

Name: Evan James
Age: 20
Power: Telekinesis
Bio: He is on the run from the government, having escaped at the same time as Rena, without being noticed. He wants to find his sister but doesn't want to risk being found back in his home town.

We need 2 government agents, and a human/mutant sympathizer. You can create your own character, but we need those 6 and the other 3 I specified to start.

A sympathizer is someone who believes that they have the right to live..and they arent something we should exploit.
